Common Questions
I didn't receive my login email
Check your spam/junk folder. Login links are valid for 15 minutes. If it still hasn't arrived after 2 minutes, try requesting a new link. Make sure you're using the same email you registered with.
How do I connect or disconnect Strava?
Go to Settings → Strava and click "Connect with Strava". To disconnect, click "Disconnect" in the same section. You can also revoke access at strava.com/settings/apps.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and click "Delete Account". This is permanent and removes all your data. See our full deletion guide for details.
How do I export my data?
Contact support@loadandflow.com to request a full data export. We'll provide your data in a machine-readable format within 30 days as required by GDPR.
