Adding Kettlebells
Go to Settings → Kettlebells and add the weights you own. This affects what the app suggests for your sessions.
Exercise Library
Browse all supported exercises. Each has a description and muscle group information to help you understand what's being targeted.
Movements to Avoid
In Settings, mark movements you want to exclude (e.g., due to injury). The session planner won't suggest them.
Why Equipment Matters
The app only suggests exercises and weights you actually have. Keep your inventory up to date for better, more relevant session suggestions.
