How sign-in works and managing your account.

Magic Link Sign-In

We use passwordless authentication. To sign in:

  1. Enter your email address on the login page
  2. Check your inbox for a sign-in link
  3. Click the link — you're logged in

Magic links are valid for 15 minutes. No password is needed — ever.

Didn't Receive Email?

If the magic link email hasn't arrived:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Wait at least 2 minutes before trying again
  • Check the Promotions tab (Gmail)
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Try requesting a new link

Switching Devices

Use the same email address to sign in on both the web and iOS app. Your sessions stay in sync across all devices automatically.

Changing Your Email

To change the email address associated with your account, please contact support. We'll verify your identity and update it for you.
