What Data We Store

  • Training data (sessions, sets, preferences)
  • Strava-synced activities (if connected)
  • Device/browser info for security

Data Export

You have the right to receive your data in a machine-readable format. Contact privacy@loadandflow.com and we'll provide a full export within 30 days.

Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectification of inaccurate data
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing

Strava Data

Strava-sourced data is stored only while your connection is active. Disconnecting removes all synced activities. Deletions on Strava are reflected within 48 hours.

Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

  • Strava (when you connect your account)
  • Email delivery service (for login links)
