Timezone

Your timezone affects workout timestamps and Strava post times. Set it to your local timezone so sessions appear at the correct time of day.

Training Preferences

Customise your kettlebell training experience:

  • Default number of rounds per session
  • Rest time between sets
  • Movements to avoid (e.g., due to injury)
  • Timing multiplier for adjusting work periods
