Planning a Session

Get a personalised suggestion based on fatigue, available kettlebells, and recent history. Or build your own session from scratch.

During a Workout

Track sets, reps, and weight for each exercise. The timer shows rest periods between sets. Tap to record each set as you complete it.

Completing a Session

Mark as complete when done. You can provide optional feedback including RPE (rate of perceived exertion) and overall difficulty.

Session History

View all past sessions in History. Filter by source (kettlebell sessions or Strava-synced activities).

Sharing to Strava

After completing a session, it can be shared to Strava automatically (if connected and auto-post is enabled). See Strava Integration for setup details.
